50g french beans
1 chopped red pepper
1 tbsp thai fish sauce
200 ml chicken stock
3 tbsp lime juice
4-5 basil leaves
4 tbsp olive oil
Cilantro leaves
200g medium-sized prawns
Thai red curry paste

Directions

1. To prepare this light food, take a frying pan and heat olive oil in it. After that, add french beans to the pot and fry them for 2 minutes.
2. Add red pepper to the pot and fry it for half a minute.
3. Now, add herbs, prawns, thai red curry paste, fish sauce and chicken stock to thepot. Cook until the beans are soft.
4. Add lime juice and coconut milk to the mix. Cook for the next 2 minutes over medium heat.
