If you are experiencing Skybell offline errors, then that means your app is not working properly. To resolve this issue, you need to apply the different solutions mentioned below to fix your problem. If you find that your Skybell HD is not staying connected to the power, then you must perform the right steps to keep your Skybell device connected to power. Please ensure that there is no warping as it can stop the device from having a metal contact, this may stop your device from charging. Also, you need to check that the metal contacts on the back of your device are not pushed in as this can also lead to charging issues. Take out the metal contacts gently if you find that they are pushed in.
SkyBell HD needs an internet connection to work. Please check whether you are able to connect to the internet using another device. In case you are using a mobile phone, then check mobile data. In case you are not able to connect with any other device, then get in touch with your internet service provider to check the status of internet service in your area. Also, check your router device and make sure it is not disconnected.
Another thing that you can do to troubleshoot Skybell offline error is to restart your Skybell. below-mentioned are the steps that you need to perform to restart your Skybell.
* Press the main button on your Skybell HD and then hold it for at least 30 seconds.
* Once you see the green LED light flashing, quit pressing the button.
* After that, the LED light will start to flash red, blue, and green. In case the Skybell starts flashing red and green, you will be required to re-sync your Skybell to the Skybell app.

Step 1: Turn off your router and then disconnect it from the power source.
Step 2: Wait for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect your router to the power source. After that, you must reconnect all the wires.
Step 3: After connecting your router to the power source, restart your router or modem.
Step 4: Test some Wi-Fi devices and check that you are connected to the internet.
In case you find that you don't have enough bandwidth, then you must resolve this issue by checking your bandwidth.
Step 1: Run a speed test on your mobile device or PC.

A lot of routers have SIP ALG enabled by default. You need to check the advanced settings of your router and disable this setting.
